We take no responsibility for parcels that are sent to an address that was incorrectly supplied. Please double check that you have supplied us with the correct address before submitting your order. If you are paying via PayPal, please ensure your PayPal address is up to date. 

  

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders will generally be shipped in 2-5 business days. Public holidays and weekends are not included in this timeframe. Normal processing times apply to Express Post shipping options.

Orders placed during a new release or sale may take up to 5 days to ship due to high volume of orders.

We take no responsibility for delays to deliveries caused by Freight Carriers. This is out of our control.

We will pick, pack and dispatch your order within 2 days excluding weekends, public holidays and high-demand and sale periods.

All orders are set to ‘Authority to Leave’, unless there is no safe place, in which case the parcel will be taken to your local post office for collection.  

If you wish for Express Post, please DM us so we can organise this for you (please note it will likely incur an extra charge).

RETURNS

If, for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, Fred&Brooks is happy to discuss these details further with you in regards to the exchange of an item or credit note, providing the product is undamaged and in its original condition with tags still attached in packaging. It is the customers responsibility to pay all freight charges to return the item, unless goods are deemed faulty.

When it comes to returns or exchange, we operate a "fair and reasonable" policy. All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level or quality in the products you purchase from us.

Please be mindful when deciding what you wish to purchase as we do not usually offer an exchange for change of mind purchases. We will happily discuss the details of your exchange with you further via email at hello@fredandbrooks.com.au. All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns, or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items.

All return enquiries are to be made within 7 days of delivery. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted (unless delays have occurred with postage & handling).
